This place is really good not sure why they aren't busy. Simi valley must be confused. That shape.... *chefs kiss* by the way if you like this shape we came up with a name for it since there really isn't one and it's "little almond little pointy"

Service was amazing 10/10 the customer service is above and beyond Jenny was amazing I showed her a picture and she delivered I will be coming back regularly I truly recommend this place

Worst experience I've ever had with a nail tech ever! my nail tech seemed rushed to complete didn't even cut my nails before applying tips. she was so aggressive and kept pulling on my fingers and broke skin on my right thumb during filing. On top of that my nails look so sloppy and clumpy and not the shape that I requested at all. I wanted almond , idk what this is none of the shapes look the same. If i could give 0 stars i would. Never going back again.

The best customer service in Simi Valley. Lyn is always thoughtful and cares about all her clients!! When they schedule you an appointment they actually sticks with the time! I am so happy with all of the employees at this shop they are all so kind and great at what they do! Make an appointment here and you will be happy with all the services they provide! I am so happy with the service i have recieved in the past few years with The Nail Center!!! Give them a try and you will become a forever client!!!

I have been coming to this salon for years now and have seen this place blossom. This salon is well managed and clean and the staff is very friendly. Tracy recently did an excellent job with my nails and has done other services for me in the past.

I have a mostly bad bad review for this place. There was a lady I didn't catch her name, she was terrible. Didn't know how to do an ombré nail look and was EXTREMELY rough taking off my acrylics. She made my right nail bleed after telling her to soak them off and be gentle about 10 times. I also had to tell her multiple times I was uncomfortable with her & wanted another nail tech or I would get them done somewhere else. I received terrible service and the fact she was not listening to my discomfort and decided to rip off my nails instead of soaking them off is horrific.

Besides that, credit to Nau she did a wonderful job on my French tip toes. And Lien could work on her acrylic application but she is good with designs, and covered up the blood when they ripped my nail.

I recently had the most wonderful experience at The Nail Center. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The salon was clean, chic, and had a relaxing ambiance that instantly put me at ease.
The technician that helped her name is Hanna. She took her time to ensure my nails were shaped perfectly, the cuticles were expertly trimmed, and the polish was applied flawlessly. The wide range of nail colors and designs to choose from was impressive. The massage chairs during the pedicure were an added bonus, and I practically melted.
Prices at are reasonable for the exceptional service and results you receive. I left the salon with a big smile on my face. I've received countless compliments on my nails since my visit, and I can't wait to return for another pampering session.

My go-to nail spot for almost 10 years! Check them out for real! My nail techs are awesome! Lien, Jenny, Tracy and Helen are the best!
