Lovely Nails

I had an appointment on Friday Nov 17 for gel nail manicure and pedicure. The appointment process was easy and service on time with friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the gel nails only lasted one week with chips on the tips and sides of 4 nails within a week by the following Friday.

Was looking for a nail salon since I'm new to the area.
Horrible work. The lady ignored me when I said I wanted them shorter but was able to communicate on her terms.
I had to go back in since two of the nail's polish was too thick and messy. Went back in and the sweet gentleman immediately fixed 5 of them; however; now 5 are different colors. Would not recommend

My nails are extremely lumpy and not at all even. The guy who did them didn't really know what I was talking about and didn't seem to know what he was doing at all the entire time. I asked him multiple times to fix the shape and make them even and he didn't. Maybe I got the wrong tech but he seemed like this was his first time ever doing dip nails let alone nails. I went back the next day and got them fixed free of charge and they look so much better now. They were very kind about redoing them and I will def go back for the specific tech I got that redid them.

I love when I can walk in to a salon and get a pedicure without an appointment! First time trying this place. Natalie pays attention to details and is compassionate about my hypersensitive jumpiness to touch. Salon is clean. In and out in 30 minutes and they look great! I believe they only take Zelle, Venmo or cash.

2nd visit. Wish I could give 4.5 stars because I was very satisfied but there was room for improvement. The place was clean but could use some interior updates to make the place more interesting and welcoming. I came in and the women nearest the front entrance, behind the front counter barely said two words to me. A friendlier greeting would have been nice.

The pedicure itself was great. An older gentleman was my technician. He hardly spoke a word to me but that's okay... It gave me a chance to read the latest Star magazine cover to cover. It's the only chance I get to indulge and read trash mags. I like that he asked to use a razor on my heels which I know may not be the best for them... But my heels were jacked! The only thing I can complain about is that he was a bit sloppy on my big toe... Check out pix.

The price was very reasonable... considering I got a hot towel treatment and an exfoliating calf/foot scrub. $25.

Would recommend. I couldn't give them 5 stars for the few "needs improvement" comments I made above... But I will definitely come again.

I'm VERY upset with my visit this time. I never get designs, but found something I liked. When I arrived for my appointment I showed the picture of what I wanted and asked if they could do it. I was told yes. I said "are you sure? I can choose something else if you cant its ok." I was again told yes. Low and behold after my base is put on, they can not in fact do the design I wanted. I'm a loyal customer and have been for 3 years. Why couldn't you just be honest with me? Now I have to go pay a different salon to have this removed because its hideous. Smh. I'm SO disappointed and feel betrayed.

This place is located in a strip mall along Maple ave. I saw someone commented it looks shady...I can see that. Anyways, this place is nothing but. Staff is really nice and warm. Nothing fancy but they do get the job done!! I can see why this place has many great reviews.

No-chip mani with pedicure is $60. I love the scrub on my legs and feet. I have really bad callouses so it's great to have my sole feel soft!

Kent was so very careful of my recently cut finger and did a great job of cleaning it up from dead skin in the healing process. I GREATLY appreciated not only his attention to detail but he tentatively listened to me, how it was sensitive, and how I went into the city and had the 9 other nails done in the city & for some reason the paint looked as if it was bubbles underneath.... idk what the deal was but it looked bad.

I think I found a new nail spot....

Worst place I have ever been!! I was only in town for a month so I picked this place at random and based on the reviews. The lady who did my acrylic layover (can't remember her name but older/could be the owner) was grumpy and non communicative the entire time! She sat down and started going at my nails without even asking what I wanted. She seemed like she knew what she was doing so i didn't say much until I realized if I didn't voice what I wanted then she was going to keep my nails as is!

Normally the appointment shouldn't have taken long but she put the acrylic on first then started to trim/shape which took about 45min!!!! This could have been avoided if she had trimmed/shaped my nails before adding the acrylic.

After leaving I realized my nails were all uneven and different shapes!!! A few crooked ones too. Although they looked good from a far, I couldn't stand looking at my nails up close. So disappointed in this place!

If I could give a zero I would. This place is next to my parents house so naturally I go to it (walking distance). I have NEVER left happy. They are such poor quality. I've never gotten a quality manicure from here it's a JOKE. hey if giving your money to get a poor-mediocre manicure then this is your place. I prefer to give my money to people who are GOOD at their job and listen to what the customer wants.

This nail salon traumatized me before my sisters wedding gave me the chunkiest nails that are the in the photos FOREVER.

I thought maybe it was circumstances and another technition would be better. JOKES ON ME. Most of them have the same poor technique.
